Your Practitioner will:
Review your health history
Perform the D.O.T. Physical Exam
Perform a urine test to detect hidden
health problems, ie. glucose, protein & blood
Complete the DMV Commercial Driver Fitness Report
Provide two original Commercial Driver Fitness reports
Provide Medical Certificate
Testing Categories Pre-employment Random Post Accident Reasonable Suspicion/Cause Random Follow Up WHAT DRUGS ARE TESTED FOR? All urine specimens are analyzed for the following drugs: Marijuana (THC metabolite) Cocaine Amphetamines Opiates (including heroin) Phencyclidine (PCP) Semi-Synthetic Opioids.
Drivers are automatically added to the program with a negative drug test result. If the driver is removed from the program or has not participated for more than 30 days it is required to take a new pre-employment test with a negative result
